Small Family Business to Global Industry Leader PCI, a privately held company, was founded in 1973 as a small family venture, manufacturing scratch pads in a 5,000-square foot plant. Today the company is a multimillion dollar enterprise with 3 divisions, 250 employees and 2 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Our new home, a beautiful 135,000-square foot plant in Syracuse, NY, houses high-speed web and sheet-fed printing, complete bindery, microsphere adhesive coating, and complete packaging capabilities.

PCI is the parent company of three subsidiaries: Notes, Inc., Advanced Polymers International (API), and RiverLeaf.
